Last month saw the first private screening of the finished film for the cast and crew, held at the legendary Phoenix Cinema in London, one of the oldest continuously running cinemas in the UK.
The cinema was packed, with people travelling from as far as Canada to be there and support the film. It was an incredible night, and a huge milestone after so much work behind the scenes.
As well as working as the film's cinematographer, Mark wrote, co-directed alongside his partner Natalie, and edited the film. A man of many skills, which is something we're lucky to benefit from here at Fuzzy Duck. 😉
And he wasn't the only Duck involved. Tom worked as a camera operator during the second block of shooting, Seb, our Head of Design, created the film's logo, James worked on some of the VFX, and Fuzzy Duck also backed the production and came on board as Executive Producers.
Needless to say, we're incredibly proud of what Mark has achieved. We can't wait to see where Deadcast goes next as it heads out onto the festival circuit and, eventually, towards distribution.
