United Utilities wanted to show customers where their investment was going and the scale of regional improvements.
We created a series of films focusing on different areas of the North West, bringing the Big North West Upgrade to life through the people, places and projects involved. The films were designed to feel uplifting and powerful, highlighting the work being carried out to develop infrastructure and continue providing high-quality water to customers.
